Moulds and tools for the manufacture of suction tubes in lost core technology, 2K tools, gas (GIT) water (WIT) injection tools, back injection moulding of materials and many more have given distinction to this profit centre.

Today for nearly all branches the focus is on the manufacture of 2K tools of technically as well as optically sophisticated parts.

In addition, we produce complex moulds and tools for the production of technical parts which can be measured at our Germany location and as well suit our machinery from the processing point of view.

All tools manufactured by sauer product are sampled on our own injection moulding machines through to the start of series production. You will find a detailed description of this under Injection Technology.
