We offer extensive experience from processes of stereolithography and sinter technology through to complex multi-component prototypes.
We produce for you metal parts made from stainless steel as well as mould inserts with near-surface cooling in heat resistant steel.
Our basis for conception, engineering, rapid prototyping, pre-series and series tools is based on 50 years of moulding technology.
Sampling of tools, supporting start-up processes, supplying of nil and small series up to series production. We produce on machines from 1,000 to 11,000 KN closing pressure. Two-component, turning plate, gas and water injection technology are standard in our production.
With our sophisticated machinery we produce complex engineering parts in turning, milling and deep-hole drilling and eroding up to a size of 1,800 × 2,000 × 1,100 mm. The assembling of components also belongs to our core competence.
