Since July 2008, we have offered our customers a further innovative technique. We process all 1K sealing and bonding compounds available on the market with the dispensing machine PR 0500.

In cooperation with the manufacturer of the machine, Datron AG, we can offer our customers alternatives to screwing and welding. Furthermore, sealings from piece number 1 can be dosed directly onto engineering parts. Due to the extremely high accuracy and reproducibility of this technology, our customers can carry this production process forward without problems in the later series production.

With small batch sizes, 2K plastic parts can be manufactured by the dispensing technology at a lower cost than with injection moulding. In this connection, the soft components are simply dosed on to the part after the injection moulding. Therefore the manufacturer of sealing and bonding compounds offers a wide palette of different materials.
