Experimental and pre-series moulds made from aluminium (Alutooling)
Alutooling is very well suited for small injection moulding series and prototypes. The aluminium moulds have developed to state of the art technology in recent years. In order to guarantee consistently the shortest possible processing time particularly for experimental and pre-series moulds, we have, in the meantime, more than 20 principal forms available. This makes a project processing time from two to six weeks as standard. Also the realisation of multi-component parts, gas and water injection technology (GIT/WIT) is, for this reason, no problem.
