Injection Technology

Since 1998 the injection department completes the portfolio of sauer product. Machines with a closing force of 1,000 KN to 11,000 KN are available for sampling, pre-series and series production.

As a service provider, Sauer Product GmbH manufactures thermoplastic products from single parts to components right through to complete systems for nearly all branches.

A central material pre-drying and supplying as well as extractors establish the basis for injection technology of the highest level.

A 7,000 KN machine and an 11,000 KN machine are fitted with 2K rotary disc technology. Injection compressing moulding as well as gas (GIT) and water (WIT) injection are also available.
