3D Print Technology (PolyJet-Matrix Technology)
PolyJet-Matrix technology constitutes the basis of a 3D print system which is able to manufacture true-to-detail multi-component parts in one work step.
The 3D files will be digitally assigned characteristics. The print stores different acrylates as well as a back up material. For this reason a large variety of shore hardnesses and colours can be combined with each other in any order and as it were be digitally mixed. Due to the extremely thin layers of 0.016mm at a resolution of 600 dpi, the PolyJet-Matrix currently represents the most exact RP process.
