Potential violations can therefore be reported through our internal whistleblower hotline. The whistleblower hotline is managed by an independent external hotline representative appointed by us.

sauer product places the highest value on the security and confidentiality of reports. The identity of whistleblowers is treated as strictly confidential, and all necessary measures are taken to protect your data.

Providing as detailed a description of the facts as possible will help us review your report.

In addition, you have the option to submit reports anonymously through other channels. This prevents any traceability.

If you provide us with a contact address, you will first receive confirmation of receipt of your report within one week.

The report will then be reviewed by our reporting office representative, and an appropriate investigation will be conducted.

The reporting office will inform you of the follow-up measures taken within the legally prescribed timeframe.
